With the high increase of COVID-19 in our area, plus a little scare earlier in the week, we have decided to close the shop to customers shopping inside with immediate effect. However you are still able to collect orders placed via the website or phone and if passing we will still get you what you require.
So the best way to place your order is:
1) Use our website www.naturalpetcentre.co.uk . It is simple and you can choose either Pick up or ship under delivery method. Pick up orders are normally available within the hour of placing during working hours .Shipping can be Local Delivery, Courier or Royal Mail.
2) Phone the shop and we can take your order over the phone, please do not do this unless you are unable to place online as it is quite a long process.
3) If all else fails and you really cannot do either of the above come to the door and we will get the items you require.
Sorry for the inconvenience but we believe this is the best way of keeping the shop open for your pets.
