Domestic Shipping Policy

Raw Dog / Cat Food Products

Unfortunately we have had to make the descision that we are no longer able to ship Frozen Goods.

We have been let down by the courier one too many times andwe feel it is no longer fair for you or us. Any orders containing frozen food will be cancelled and a full refund given.

This does not apply to local deliveries.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days

UK courier	1-2 business days	£5.55 - £7.50 depending on weight

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

If using UK courier, then confirmation and order tracking will be sent as soon as the parcel is ready to be shipped.

If using Royal Mail, the confirmation will be sent as soon as the parcel is ready to be shipped, but no tracking is available.

Damages

Natural Pet Centre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
